Puncak peringatan Hari Ulang Tahun (HUT) ke-53 Surat Kabar Harian (SKH) Memorandum, Selasa (22/11/2022), berlangsung gayeng dan penuh keakraban. Sejumlah pejabat pemerintahan, TNI, Polri dan perwakilan perusahaan dari tingkat provinsi, kota maupun kabupaten terlihat hadir.

Di tasyakuran HUT ke-53 SKH Memorandum dan launching Memorandum TV, redaksi Memorandum memberikan berbagai penghargaan kepada para tokoh. Termasuk Kapolresta Sidoarjo Kombes Pol. Kusumo Wahyu Bintoro, menghadiri acara ini serta menerima penghargaan sebagai Polres terdepan dalam layanan publik.
