Sidoarjo - Di era digitalisasi seperti saat ini, orang tua begitu berperan untuk mengawasi buah hatinya agar tidak mendapatkan pengaruh negatif dari perkembangan teknologi informasi.

Hal ini seperti disampaikan Kanitbinpolmas Satbinmas Polresta Sidoarjo AKP Eko Yulianto, saat memberikan penyuluhan di Yayasan Bumi Damai Nusantara Al Kubro, Tulangan, Minggu (5/1/2025).

Dampak dari era digitalisasi menurut AKP Eko, antara lain, bahaya pengaruh bullying, hoaks hingga pornografi bila tidak secara tepat menggunakan media sosial oleh putra-putri kita.

"Contohnya belakangan ini marak terjadi tindak kekerasan maupun bullying di kalangan pelajar. Salah satu penyebabnya karena tidak bijak dalam bermedia sosial," ujarnya.

Sebab itu, ia menghimbau para orang tua di rumah agar mengawasi dan memberikan bimbingan kepada anaknya. Bahwa penggunaan media sosial juga memiliki dampak negatif.
