Sidoarjo - Untuk menjaga keamanan wilayah perairan, Satuan Polairud Polresta Sidoarjo memasifkan patroli dan berkomunikasi dengan para nelayan.

"Patroli ini kami rutinkan dikarenakan saat ini sering terjadi cuaca ekstrim. Harapannya jangan sampai terjadi fatalitas terhadap nelayan di wilayah perairan kita," ujar Kasat Polairud Polresta Sidoarjo Kompol Ludwi Yarsa Pramono, Senin (6/1/2025).

Selain itu, melalui patroli perairan Polisi juga menyampaikan berbagai himbauan kamtibmas kepada para nelayan. Agar mengantisipasi kriminalitas di wilayah perairan.

Agus, nelayan Jabon mengaku senang adanya patroli yang dilakukan Kepolisian. Sehingga para nelayan merasa nyaman dan aman.

"Rutinnya patroli Polisi di tengah aktifitas nelayan, tentu mendukung keamanan di wilayah kami," katanya.
